We serve both Indian and international clients, including UAE, UK, and other regions.

3. Client Engagement Process

  • We often begin with a discovery call or verbal discussion.
  • Upon mutual agreement, a formal proposal or contract is shared.
  • Work begins only after receiving the advance payment as agreed.
  • If no contract is signed, these Terms apply by default.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, Stripe, and PayPal.
  • Most services require 50% advance before the work starts.
  • Remaining payments are made as per milestones or final delivery.
  • Refunds are only applicable if mentioned in a signed contract.
  • If no contract exists, no refunds will be provided under any circumstance once work has begun.

5. Timelines & Delivery

  • Project timelines are discussed and mutually agreed upon.
  • Delays caused by the client (pending approvals, feedback, or late content) will affect delivery dates.
  • We are not liable for any loss due to delayed input or missed deadlines unless stated in a signed agreement.

6. Use of AI & Automation Tools

  • Social KRAFT is currently developing and testing AI-based tools for content creation, campaign optimization, automation, and more.
  • These may be used internally or selectively with clients who opt in.
  • Results from AI tools may vary and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for inconsistencies, bugs, or performance issues during beta testing of AI-based features.

7. Training Programs & Digital Education

We offer workshops, live sessions, mentorships, and pre-recorded courses under Social KRAFT. By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Use training content for personal learning only.
  • Not share, duplicate, or resell our course material.
  • Allow Social KRAFT to record live sessions and use them for educational or promotional purposes.
  • Understand that participation in training programs does not guarantee business results.

8. Portfolio & Public Use Rights

  • All work created by us is owned by the client.
  • However, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social media, website, or case studies, unless explicitly requested not to.
  • We will never sell or monetize your content.
  • All content on our website, training platform, and social profiles is the property of Social KRAFT and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Third-Party Tools & Outsourcing

  • At times, we may use third-party tools or freelancers to support project delivery.
  • If you prefer your project not be outsourced, please mention this before we begin.
  • We are not liable for delays or third-party tool failures beyond our control.

10. No Guarantee of Results

We never guarantee specific results (views, leads, reach, revenue, etc.) from marketing campaigns or services. Outcomes may vary based on:

  • Platform algorithm changes
  • Market conditions
  • Client content and responsiveness
  • External tools and third-party service behavior

11. Data Privacy

We collect basic personal data (e.g., name, email, phone, company info) to deliver services and communicate effectively.
We do not sell or misuse your information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

12. Website Use & Restrictions

By accessing this website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or reuse our content or designs
  • Use our platform for illegal, abusive, or malicious purposes
